Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Director of Technology in Saint Louis, MO.
Overview:
As our Director of Technology, you will serve as far more than our primary tech visionary. You will be the chief architect of the firm's entire technological ecosystem. As an essential business advisor to the firm's leadership, you will lead a small yet mighty team to define and deliver our technical strategy, automate critical workflows, and own the data that drives our success. With technology at the heart of our business, you will enable success through the development and execution of a multi-year strategic roadmap that directly impacts our goal of providing the best representation to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Serve as growth-centric strategic leader:
You will own the firm's technology stack and data strategy with an owner's mentality; Your primary goal is to leverage technology to drive profitable and sustainable growth:
* Partner with firm leadership on annual budgeting, strategic planning, and the development of firm-wide goals
* Manage the comprehensive technology budget and all vendor relationships to ensure maximum ROI
* Develop and execute a firm-wide AI strategy, leveraging tools like Claude and Salesforce Agentforce, to create a tangible competitive advantage

You will inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing team to enable our strategic goals:
* Foster a team culture that promotes proactive problem-solving, accountability, continuous improvement, and a commitment to outstanding internal customer service

* 10+ years of technical experience with a demonstrated record of success in growing people, processes, and organizational resources; This must include 3+ years of management experience with direct reports

* Solid expertise in cloud computing platforms, a strong background in managing integrated SaaS environments, and experience with data analytics and data-driven decision-making
* AI enthusiast, excited about the changes and efficiencies that can enhance both the employee and customer experience
* Hands-on leader, able to flex between high-level strategy and tactical execution; You possess a strong business acumen and the ability to communicate a vision with patience and clarity to various stakeholders
* Must excel in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and are passionate about building systems that create a competitive advantage and have a tech strategist with a practical, get-it-done mentality
