As Director of Customer Technology & Worksite Solutions, you'll lead Quinn's full ecosystem of Cat integrated machine technology, Trimble and SITECH grade control, VisionLink connected fleet, drone and geospatial tools, and emerging AI-enabled platforms, not just selling them, but architecting the strategy that drives real adoption across the entire customer lifecycle.


You'll directly manage Technology Sales Specialists, Operations, Service, and Technician teams — and partner deeply with Quinn's machine sales, rental, parts, and product support divisions to make technology a measurable value driver for every customer we serve.

Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $171,000 to $219,000


Responsibilities

What you'll lead

  • Integrated technology strategy across Cat, Trimble, drone/geospatial, and digital platforms
  • Customer onboarding from pre-delivery through full lifecycle adoption
  • Full P&L accountability for the SITECH division
  • Sales playbooks, training programs, and cross-divisional go-to-market alignment
  • KPIs spanning grade control activation, VisionLink engagement, CVA growth, and ecommerce adoption


Qualifications

What you bring

  • 10+ years in heavy equipment, construction tech, dealership operations, or digital fleet solutions
  • Senior management experience with cross-functional teams
  • Deep knowledge of telematics, grade control, connected fleet platforms, and adoption models
  • Proven P&L ownership and financial acumen
  • Ability to translate complex technology into clear customer value and inspire teams to do the same
