A Day in the Life

Marketing Automation

  • Coordinate and support multichannel digital marketing initiatives & conversion optimization across web, email, SEO/SEM, content, paid media, social, CRM/sales enablement, and analytics
  • Build and optimize marketing automation workflows, leadnurture programs, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Maintain and optimize lead databases, including segmentation, personalization, optin/out management, scoring, and routing
  • Measure and report on endtoend customer experience and campaign performance against KPIs and ROI, identifying trends and optimization opportunities
  • Stay informed on competitive and market insights to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce preferred

SEO/SEM & AI Search Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research, topic mapping, link building, and AEO/GEO query analysis to support SEO initiatives
  • Assist with content, technical, and structured data audits to improve SERP and generative visibility
  • Analyze competitor performance across SERPs, generative answers, keywords/entities, backlinks, and AI citations
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across search, display, and emerging platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Reddit)
  • Manage client (BU/HEM/Enterprise) relationships and budgets from proposal through campaign close with clear communication and reporting
  • Recommend improvements to tools, site architecture, content, linking, schema, and authority signals to enhance rankings and AI inclusion
  • Compile analytics and performance reports related to SEO/SEM/AEO/GEO efforts

Analytics

  • Provide the marketing organization with the necessary digital marketing analytics to deliver insights that impact marketing decisions, optimizations, and investments.
  • Provide guidance on campaign measurement plans and goals for teams across the organization in campaign planning process.
  • Participate as a thought-leader/teacher by sharing knowledge and best practices with the entire marketing teams

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in information technology, marketing, business, or relevant field.
