Become a Key Player as an Associate - Digital Strategy Group

You will lead strategy workstreams that help the client transform customer experience and digital capabilities for large retail and consumer-goods organizations. You will partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. This role is onsite in New York with up to 20% travel.

  • Lead key workstreams on strategy consulting engagements focused on digital transformation and customer-experience initiatives

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • 5+ years of experience in the retail industry and enterprise-level digital transformation strategies
  • Experience leading major workstreams at a top management consulting firm, company, or digital agency
  • Track record of strategy formulation and translating strategy into plans that deliver results
  • Executive presence with experience presenting to VP+ level stakeholders
  • Strong workshop facilitation and client communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, and developing hypotheses
  • Proven ability to achieve impact through collaboration across functions
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
