As a Population Health Analyst, you will collaborate closely with customer data to uncover valuable insights and identify opportunities for improvement. You will conduct population health analyses, recognize trends related to wellness and healthcare utilization, and develop recommendations to help customers maximize the value of their programs. Staying current on evolving wellness and healthcare trends is essential, as you will prepare clear and professional reports and presentations to confidently share your recommendations with customers and stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in facilitating demos, meetings, and training sessions
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to analyze healthcare data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly to customers, brokers, employees, and internal teams
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers and team members
  • Ability to learn and work within internal systems, wellness platforms, reporting tools, CRM/task-management tools, and vendor portals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, wellness, communications, data analytics, or a related field
  • Experience in employee benefits, wellness programs, healthcare analytics, or customer service
  • Familiarity with data analysis, report preparation, and presenting findings
  • Experience with Personify Health or similar systems
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and handling sensitive information
