This is a hybrid, year-round internship. The ideal candidate would begin working full-time hours beginning in June, with part-time hours beginning in August.
Inthis role, you will...
  • Partner with the marketing team to contribute to the execution of various marketing campaigns and initiatives while providing analytics support
  • Work with the marketing team and stakeholders to define marketing insights and reporting requirements
  • Build and maintain reports, charts, and graphs using dashboard building platforms such as Tableau as well as simple tools like Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analyze and interpret trends of marketing campaigns as well as the marketing process to provide clear, data-driven actionable insights
  • Research, troubleshoot, and optimize marketing data and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Tableau etc.
  • Build and maintain tracking for marketing initiatives (Tagged links, QR codes, etc.)
  • Build and deliver ad hoc reports and analysis as needed
  • Research and help troubleshoot data access and/or connectivity issues

We are looking for candidates with...
  • Actively pursuing a college degree in business, mathematics, statistics, data science, or a related field with at least one year of school remaining
  • Year-round availability to work from our Fort Wayne Headquarters: 15-20 hours during the school year and 40 hours/week during the summer.
  • Solid research, analytical, and statistical skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience working in Excel or similar spreadsheet applications
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to understanding complex data models
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Power BI, R, and/or SQL is a plus
  • Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to present technical results to non-technical audiences
  • Strong project management skills
  • Must be able to work independently and within a team
  • Able to prioritize in a dynamic work environment
  • Desire to become fluent with MedPro Group's CRM, reporting and dashboard systems
  • Year-round availability: 15-20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week during the summer.
