Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Contracts Administrator to join the firm as part of our shared services Legal team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.

**This role is an in-office position located in Downtown Dallas.  It is not hybrid, nor is it remote.**

Responsibilities
  • Create consultant contracts utilizing existing templates, combine with appropriate exhibits, finalize and coordinate for execution.
  • Serve as a resource to varying levels of staff by advising on processes and procedures.
  • Administer Consultant Master Services Agreement Program by encouraging consultants to join, retrieving requests, confirming insurance requirements are met, preparing agreements and coordinating for execution, and updating listing on SharePoint.
  • Obtain current copies of consultant insurance certificates, coordinating with other members of the legal team as necessary to ensure proper filing
  • Assist firm with special initiatives and projects which may at times be confidential in nature.
  • Other responsibilities may include:
    • Coordinate background checks and screening processes when contractually required by a client.
    • Coordinate staff requests for personal use of the firm's intellectual property.
Qualifications
  • Previous advanced contract experience in an A/E or legal firm
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Advanced knowledge of full MS Office Suite
  • Advanced knowledge of AdobeSign or comparable electronic signature application
  • Experience with AIA Contract Documents
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to complete tasks without detailed instructions
  • Experience providing quality service; building relationships with internal and external clients
  • Experience supporting senior leadership
  • SharePoint content management
  • Technology: Deltek Vision, Newforma

This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
