J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Administrator to play a key role connecting the sales organization, legal, and customer relationships. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between internal teams and external partners, structuring agreements that advance business objectives while protecting the company’s interests.
This position may be filled at either the Contracts Administrator or Sr. Contracts Administrator level, depending on experience and demonstrated capabilities. At the senior level, the role assumes responsibility for the most complex and high-impact agreements, operating with greater independence and strategic influence across the business.
This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented, solutions-driven professional to make a direct impact on revenue generation, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Keller provides a competitive benefit package which includes the following (eligibility requirements apply): Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan, etc. The compensation range for this role is $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 which varies depending on factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s overall experience and geographic location.
