Help Us Grow our Automation Division

WALTER Surface Technologies has been helping metalworking professionals improve productivity, performance and safety since 1952. Today, through PushCorp and WALTER Automation, we are bringing that same focus to automated metalworking and robotic material removal.

We are looking for an Associate Brand Manager –Automation Division who wants to help us grow our industrial automation business.

Working closely with Sales, Product Management, application engineers, partners and the broader WALTER marketing team, you will turn technical solutions into compelling customer stories, demand generation tactics, strengthen our presence within the automation ecosystem, and give our commercial teams the tools they need to win.

You will have the chance to influence how PushCorp and WALTER Automation go to market, how we engage the automation ecosystem, how we generate demand and how we communicate the value of our solutions to customers.

This is a hands-on role for a marketer who enjoys moving between strategy and execution, understands how marketing supports sales, and is excited by manufacturing, technology and automation. We are looking for a marketer who combines strong execution with curiosity, commercial thinking and the ability to learn technical products.


RESPONSABILITIES

-Integrated Marketing Execution

  • Execute the annual marketing plan
  • Coordinate internal teams, agencies and external partners to deliver campaigns and marketing assets on time.
  • Maintain consistent positioning and messaging across customer, distributor, integrator and partner touchpoints.
  • Identify opportunities to improve how we communicate the value of our automation solutions.

-Demand Generation

  • Plan and execute email, digital advertising and partner lead-generation campaigns.
  • Develop campaign audiences, segmentation, landing pages, forms and supporting assets.
  • Coordinate lead capture and routing to Sales through our marketing and CRM platforms.
  • Work with Sales to improve campaign follow-up and identify opportunities to strengthen lead conversion.
  • Measure campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results.

-Compelling Content

  • Develop sales and marketing content including presentations, brochures, case studies, product sheets and digital content.
  • Work with technical and commercial teams to translate product and application information into clear customer benefits.
  • Help capture customer applications, success stories that demonstrate the value of PushCorp and WALTER Automation solutions.
  • Coordinate product and application videos from concept and scripting through filming, editing and distribution.
  • Create content for websites, social media, campaigns, events and partner platforms.

-Grow Automation Partner Ecosystem

  • Support joint marketing programs with system integrators and robot manufacturers.
  • Develop content and campaigns for partner portals, solution marketplaces and application showcases.
  • Work with Sales and partners to identify opportunities for joint promotion and demand generation.
  • Help ensure PushCorp and WALTER Automation solutions are visible and well represented throughout relevant partner channels.

-Digital and Market Presence

  • Support continuous improvement of PushCorp and WALTER Automation websites.
  • Develop new webpages, landing pages, blog content and conversion forms.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of PushCorp social media, including the content calendar, publishing, basic creative and community engagement.
  • Coordinate product news, press releases and application stories with relevant industry publications.

-Events and Tradeshows

  • Execute pre-show, onsite and post-show marketing for key automation events and tradeshows.
  • Coordinate branding, promotional materials, demonstrations and supporting content.
  • Ensure effective lead capture and post-event follow-up.
  • Track results and identify ways to improve event ROI.

-Analytics, Reporting & ROI Optimization

  • Track performance across digital campaigns, email, websites, events, social media and partner programs.
  • Monitor engagement, lead generation and other available marketing performance indicators.
  • Turn results into practical recommendations for future campaigns and programs.
  • Share clear performance updates with Marketing, Sales and other stakeholders.


EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & EDUCATION

  • University degree in marketing, business administration, communications or an equivalent field.
  • At least 3 years of direct marketing experience.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals and how marketing supports business growth.
  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing programs across areas such as email, digital, content, events, PR or social media.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to take technical information and turn it into clear, compelling customer-facing content.
  • Working knowledge of website CMS tools, SEO fundamentals and CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or equivalents.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to use marketing metrics to recommend improvements.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with Sales, Product Management and external partners.
  • Ability to travel to the United States as required.

Additional Valuable Experience

  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing or technical B2B marketing.
