Job description

Senior Billing Analyst
As a Senior Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring the status of accounts, invoices clients and review past due balances. This position ensures that client billing and collections are processed timely and accurately to keep accounts in a healthy status.
Responsibilities Include:
Analyze hourly and weekly invoicing for clients across multiple states
Research account variances and take efforts (Calls/Emails) to bring them current
Assist clients with billing inquiries and payment options
Run ageing report to determine which accounts need follow up for outstanding payment
Reconcile accounts across vendor transactions
Update billing information and customer payment history
Preferred:
  • Legal/engineering industry is preferred (back-office support) - non healthcare
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience working within transactional accounting focused on receivables/billing/cash application/collections
  • Bachelor's degree preferred w/ accounting/finance concentration
  • Excel- Advanced proficiency (X/VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
Salary $75-80,000/yr
Remote position- must sit in middle TN area (quarterly team meetings at the corporate office are required- please no out of state applicants)
Hours: M-F (40 hours/week), Medical, dental, vision & 401k matching
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $79,998.00 per year
