Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is on the lookout for a talented and motivated Civil Designer to join our Towson, Maryland office!

Whether you're just starting your career or bringing up to 5 years of experience, this is your opportunity to work on impactful land development projects - from residential neighborhoods to commercial hubs. You'll dive into site engineering for roadways, water and sewer systems, storm drains, stormwater management, grading, and erosion control - making a difference every step of the way.

Requirements

  • A BS in Civil Engineering (EIT License preferred)
  • Up to 5 years of relevant experience in land development and site design, including residential subdivision projects; commercial and mixed-use project experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Experience with roadway design, water and sewer systems, storm drains, stormwater management, grading, and erosion control is a plus.
  • US citizen or permanent resident; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
