Corporate Finance Partner / Senior Attorney

We’re working with a growing mid‑size law firm in DC that’s looking to add a Partner / Senior Attorney to its Corporate Finance and Private Credit practice. The firm is in an exciting stage of expansion – they are forward‑thinking, agile, and committed to building out its Corporate Finance practice – and are looking for an experienced Attorney who wants to help grow this practice.

Base pay range: $300,000.00/yr – $450,000.00/yr

Seniority level: Partner / Senior Attorney (6+ years experience)

Required experience: Portable book of business, corporate and commercial finance, alternative investment lending, private credit, and/or restructuring.

Desired skills: Creative solutions to capital structures and financings; collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset; ability to grow practice within a team invested in long‑term success.
