Job Title: Program Associate Analyst
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Duration: Long Term
Duties: * Help gather and analyze requirements
* Perform User Acceptance testing
* Assist in User Training documentation
* Act as the liaison with various stakeholders, including IT, as needed
* Provide status updates and meeting minutes
* Documenting decisions and action items
* Understands stakeholder needs and build effective relationships
* Involvement and visibility into all aspects of project implementation
* Use a variety of communications methods to deliver information relevant to the audience and project needs
* Use a variety of problem-solving skills to resolve issues with internal teams and stakeholders
* Ensure all risks and issues impacting project or program progress are logged and escalated as appropriate
* Undertake other activities as assigned based on business need as defined by Legal
Skills: * Minimum of 3 years relevant experience or previous intern experience preferred
* Understanding of Project Management & SDLC concepts
* Experience with SAAS applications preferred (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Marketo etc)
* PMP, Prince or similar qualification required
* Strong multitasking and organizational skills required.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
