What Will You Do in This Role?

As an Assisted Living and Memory Care Administrator| Executive Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Assisted Living and Memory Care Community by achieving and maintaining targeted occupancy goals, and for the supervision and development of all employees. You will ensure that the services provided exceed customer needs and expectations, as well as oversee day-to-day activities.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in nursing home administration or related field required
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large

  • Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care Administration setting
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
