Types and prepares correspondence, records, transcription, reports and other documents as requested. Establishes and maintains effective filing systems. Assists with projects as requested by assigned physician/manager. Supports and adheres to the Cancer Care Northwest Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Job Duties and Responsibilties : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties/responsibilities listed below.
