Our high-performing team is looking for an Assistant Director of Back of House (BOH) Operations.


The objective of this role is to execute the organizational strategy of Chick-fil-A Grandview Yard to grow the business in conjunction with maintaining high standards of procedures and cultivating a caring guest and team member experience. The Assistant Director role embodies character, chemistry, competency, and capacity. The Assistant Director works closely with the Owner and the General Manager of BOH to facilitate timely and effective decision making to ensure that we are always poised for growth. 


The Assistant Director of Operations role is primarily responsible for overseeing the strategies and processes to grow sales and to facilitate an exceptional Back of House Culture - Focusing on food quality, food safety, and speed of service, while maintaining high levels of hospitality for all guests. The Assistant Director role is always looking for new ways to grow the business, develop emerging leaders, and execute systems with excellence.

Requirements/Responsibilities: The responsibility of an Assistant Director of BOH is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.
