Job Summary

Grace Reliant is seeking compassionate, dependableProgram Manager Assistant to support the Program Manager in coordinating care for consumers, maintaining documentation, facilitating communication, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

The responsibilities of the Program Manager Assistant include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in maintaining staff schedules for assigned consumers.
  • Support documentation efforts by organizing and reviewing case notes under the direction of the Program Manager.
  • Run errands to maintain consumer homes such as shopping for groceries and/or supplies as needed.
  • Assist with organizing and tracking recognition efforts for staff within tiered support programs.
  • Help prepare materials and logistics for home visits and quarterly house meetings.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.
  • Assist with transportation coordination for consumers as needed.
  • Provide backup support as a Direct Support Professional when required.
  • Maintain organized records and assist with compliance reporting for state regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
    On Call Rotation
  • Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness
  • Valid Driver's license and car insurance
  • Background Check
    CPR / First Aid Certification
    Level One Med Aide Certification


Work Conditions:

This position is 75% in office and 25% in the field primarily in consumer homes.
