Our Outpatient Department is more than a General Practice service-it's the foundation of our Veterinary Assistant career development pathway.   • Develop foundational clinical skills that prepare Veterinary Assistants for future growth into Emergency and Treatment departments
  • Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and performance development
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new Veterinary Assistants
  • Promote consistency in workflows, medical documentation, and patient care standards
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture
  • Partner with DVMs and hospital leadership to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes
  • Monitor workflow, patient flow, and staffing needs throughout the day
  • Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts
  • Serve as a resource for conflict resolution, communication, and professional development
