As a Subcontract Administrator, you will provide day-to-day support for the administration and execution of subcontracts, including subcontractor prequalification, insurance review, and assisting with purchase order processing in the ERP system. This role requires maintaining a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality while consistently presenting a professional image. The position involves managing multiple projects, often with tight or competing deadlines, in an efficient and timely manner. Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Operations in administering the creation and tracking of the subcontract through execution to project close out
  • Manage change orders via issuing amendments accurately and updating purchase orders accordingly
  • Assist Operations and Legal Department with subcontract negotiation tracking and management
  • Enroll and assist subcontractors in the appropriate prequalification platforms and provide timely feedback to Operations on prequalification status of the requested subcontractor
  • Create and manage a standardized process to fit business needs for subcontractor management, and ensure fulfillment of any compliance requirements

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED, 3 to 5 years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience managing contracts and understanding of contractual terms (desired)
