Job description

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-focused Licensed Financial Advisor to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed professional who is passionate about helping individuals, families, and business owners achieve their financial goals through comprehensive financial planning and wealth management solutions.

The successful candidate will develop new client relationships, provide personalized financial recommendations, and build a long-term book of business while maintaining the highest ethical and regulatory standards. You are comfortable generating new business, delivering personalized financial advice, and operating in a performance-based environment with significant income potential.

What We Offer

Compensation:

$70,000 - $150,000 yearly performance commission based


Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement.

  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis.

  • Develop customized financial strategies based on each client's goals and risk tolerance.

  • Recommend appropriate investment, retirement, insurance, and wealth management solutions.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews and ongoing service.

  • Stay current on financial markets, investment products, and industry regulations.

  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

  • Meet or exceed established sales and production goals.


Qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • No need for visa sponsorship

  • Must be a local candidate

  • Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) licenses required.

  • Active Life and Health Insurance License required.

  • License Requirement: Applicants must hold current Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) licenses, along with an active Life and Health Insurance license, at the time of hire. If you are not already licensed, The Piedmont Group will assist with preparation for the required licenses.
