Job Duties:
- Receive inbound calls on behalf of dealership clients and follow required scripting to assist customers.
- Schedule service appointments and answer basic inquiries as needed.
- Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers.
- Gather and update customer and vehicle information.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives for follow-up calls.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment.
- Conduct outbound calls following a pre-designed script and schedule service appointments according to promotional offers.
- Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- A quiet workplace, free from distractions.
- High-speed internet
- A compatible wired headset
- Be able to type 35 Words Per Minute
- Pass all system requirements
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Some automotive knowledge is preferred
