PROJECT DETAILS

  • Refinery/Industrial Construction Environment
  • Immediate Openings

  • Industrial experience preferred, but some positions may train the right candidate

Essential Responsibilities

  • Assist carpenters, operators, welders, and craft personnel as needed
  • Perform general construction labor duties in an industrial/refinery environment
  • Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Assist with excavation, demolition, and installation activities
  • Operate basic hand and power tools safely
  • Perform spotting and fire watch duties when assigned
  • Follow all refinery, customer, and company safety procedures
  • Attend daily safety meetings and toolbox talks
  • Wear required PPE at all times
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Support crews during overtime and shutdown schedules as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industrial or construction experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments
  • Reliable transportation and attendance
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screening
