Estrada Income Tax is a tax preparation and accounting services company located in Falls Church, Virginia. We are seeking a Bilingual (English & Spanish) Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Leesburg Pike office.

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate must have previous customer service experience and be comfortable assisting clients, using Microsoft Office, handling cash and payments, answering phone calls, and performing general administrative duties.

Basic accounting, bookkeeping, or QuickBooks knowledge is preferred but not required. We will provide training to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in English and Spanish.
  • Respond to emails and general client inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar.
  • Receive payments and handle cash accurately and responsibly.
  • Perform data entry and prepare basic documents.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office programs.
  • Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
  • Assist with basic accounting or bookkeeping tasks when needed.
  • Learn to use QuickBooks and other company software.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be able to speak English and Spanish.
  • Previous customer service experience is required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to handle cash and process customer payments.
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude when assisting clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Responsible, punctual, and dependable.

Previous QuickBooks or accounting experience is not required. Training will be provided to candidates who are willing to learn.
