About the role
Heads Up Technologies Group is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee quality operations for its Innovative Advantage business. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving quality systems supporting electronic component manufacturing, supplier quality management, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
Key Details
• Work Days and Hours: Monday through Friday, standard business hours.
• Location: On site at 4550 Excel Parkway Addison, TX
• Work Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
What you'll do
• Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage quality throughout the PCBA manufacturing lifecycle.
• Oversee supplier quality, audits, and corrective actions.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA activities.
• Serve as the primary quality interface with customers.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Support product transfer and insourcing initiatives.
• Assist with repair station implementation and compliance.
• Support quality functions across additional HUT business units.
Required Qualifications
• Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage quality throughout the PCBA manufacturing lifecycle.
• Oversee supplier quality, audits, and corrective actions.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA activities.
