JOB SUMMARYPlan, creates, and manages project schedules in collaboration with technical experts, project leads, and project managers.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must have four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
  • Extensive finance, design, construction and management experience.
  • Construction management knowledge essential.
  • Must have safe driving record and a valid driver’s license according to legal requirements.
  • Advanced understanding of corporate, industry and safety practices, processes, standards and how they affect project activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage / mentor staff.
  • Demonstrated abilities in maintaining project profitability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
  • Requires strong computer competence.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships and with all clients, vendors, and company employees who provide the assistance needed to support a project. Coordinate work with administrative support services as needed.
  • Development of large project and specific area micro schedules
  • Resource load project schedule with manpower/job cost information
  • Regular maintenance of project schedules
  • Assure project documentation is compliant and current – track and follow up as needed. Documentation includes, but is not limited to, initial write up, correction, and tracking of subcontractor agreements and change orders.
  • Update trending and analysis of project schedules
  • Coordinate schedule updates by area within construction the team
  • Development of impact and multiple scenarios schedule
  • Working with Operational Leads, assist project management personnel in their understanding of project reporting and procedures.
  • Develop operations plan and direct overall activities to assist in achieving total construction objectives. Responsible for budgeting, production planning, and staffing.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of project schedule.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
