IT Project Manager

Exposure on technical design of new systems, such as prototypes

Establish "Best Practices" and plan for continuous improvement of processes

Experience on performance appraisals

Sound knowledge in Insurance / Financial IT project execution

Knowledge in service levels and metrics

Experience Required :

Project Planning & Execution (Development, System testing, Regression test, UAT, Deployment, Warranty support etc.)

ITIL Experience is required

Requirements gathering for business requirements & provide estimates

Roles & Responsibilities :

Project Monitoring / Metrics Reporting/ Dashboard creation

Exposure on offshore – onsite Coordination

Experience in preparing cost & revenue budgets, such as burn down charts

Strong experience on Issue resolution & Risk mitigation

Experience in handling the customer projects liaisons
