The Project Manager ensures Trunk Bayโ€™s construction projects run efficiently and

profitably. They coordinate suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver an

exceptional building experience for the client. The Project Manager functions as the

first point-of-contact for our customers and trade partners regarding construction

operations. They coordinate with office management and the design team while

providing direct and detailed oversight of project schedules, budgets, quality of

work, and warranty service.


Position Type and Compensation:

๏‚ท Full Time, 40-45 hours, Monday through Friday

๏‚ท Base Salary $70,000 - $95,000

๏‚ท Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with ability to learn software

๏‚ท Self-motivated and able to analyze and problem-solve independently

Positional Key Responsibilities

Project Management

๏‚ท Document site visits 3-4 times weekly via daily logs

๏‚ท Generate and distribute weekly client update

๏‚ท Manage construction schedule for remodel and new construction projects

๏‚ท Manage client / vendor selection schedule

๏‚ท Track and complete construction tasks via software

๏‚ท Review quality of work and hold subcontractors accountable to specifications

๏‚ท Schedule and lead site walkthroughs with clients and trade partners

๏‚ท Coordinate with utility companies, municipalities, and other code officials

๏‚ท Thoroughly review and punch out project prior to final walkthrough

๏‚ท Maintain a clean and organized jobsite throughout construction


Financial Management โ€“ Project Level

๏‚ท Meet weekly with Office Manager to review open bills

๏‚ท Assign bills accurately to their respective projects and cost codes

๏‚ท Assist office staff with processing monthly construction draws and budget

review

๏‚ท Review subcontractor Purchase Orders and ensure scope of work remains

accurate

๏‚ท Generate and track change orders


Warranty Item Coordination

๏‚ท Diagnose and produce plan of action for open warranty items
