Primary Responsibilities: • Coordinate daily project activities involving internal and external resources to support Development, Engineering, Estimating, Supply Chain, Scheduling, and Construction activities from pre-construction (Early Stage) through to the Construction stage for BESS projects within the E&C Business Unit. • Manage critical coordination of highly matrixed project development teams to ensure resources are focused on the right activities to meet project schedules. • Coordinate with environmental, regulatory, cultural, land acquisition, interconnection, and other project variables to ensure comprehensive project development. • Develop and optimize the project’s technical scope and variables to improve both technical and financial feasibility. • Support origination and development teams with PPA and GIA negotiations, as well as jurisdictional requirements. • Coordinate engineering, estimating, and procurement needs to support the development of financial models and project designs. • Actively seek out and leverage market data to ensure the financial model is robust. • Present financial models to respective business units and manage them through executive budget approvals. • Competitively source, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts for critical services, including geotechnical, survey, engineering, and EPC/PC construction services. • Represent E&C’s interests on assigned projects and engage in various software applications to support activities, manage critical data, and report on key indicators. • Actively communicate and interface with Executive Leadership, Suppliers, Regulatory Agencies, Local Communities, and other stakeholders. • Present project progress and risk mitigation strategies in meetings with various levels of management. • Ensure seamless handover of projects moving to the Construction stage to the Construction Project Manager with an inclusive and executable construction plan. Secondary Responsibilities: • Support the development and maintenance of processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Participate in training program improvements and content creation. • Lead or assist in special projects as aptitude dictates. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance/Accounting, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on engineering, economics, or construction preferred. • Technical experience with renewable energy projects, particularly electricity markets, renewables, and battery projects, is a plus. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Six Sigma experience are highly desired. • Advanced Excel skills and excellent project management, communication, financial, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Location: • Juno Beach, FL • Occasional travel may be required to project locations and to support Development with local public hearings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
