Construction Project Administrator Position:

The Construction Project Administrator works with members of the Construction team (Project Managers, Estimators, Designers, etc) to facilitate all administrative duties for projects. Additionally, this role works directly with the Clients and Vendors to ensure the necessary items have been selected and ordered.

The Construction Project Administrator must have strong organizational skills and a desire to support the entire Michael F. Simon Builders team.

Construction Project Administrator Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Office Administrator, answering phone calls, checking the mail, and ensuring the office is a welcoming environment.
  • Assist with writing and issuing Purchase Orders, Change Orders and options to consider for our projects
  • Assist the Estimator with bids
  • File maintenance of projects and vendors
  • File for and track building permits
  • Project Scheduling and Coordination
  • And other duties as assigned

Construction Project Administrator Requirements:

Full time position. 40 hours a week. 8am โ€“ 5pm. Monday โ€“ Friday. No weekends.
