Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) Program Manager
Position Overview
Are you an experienced program manager with a passion for managing complex, compliance-driven programs? We are seeking a skilled Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) Program Manager to serve as the primary liaison between external stakeholders and internal teams. This role offers the opportunity to oversee critical programs, ensure contract compliance, and drive alignment across technical, financial, and reporting requirements.
With a competitive salary of up to $103,000, this position is ideal for professionals who thrive in structured environments and excel at managing multi-party agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and governing entities.
Manage communications, status reporting, and documentation exchange.
Oversee program schedules, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.
Ensure compliance with program
agreements and regulatory frameworks.
Track cost, schedule, and performance metrics while preparing program updates and risk summaries.
Support invoice preparation, funding utilization tracking, and financial reconciliation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between internal execution and external requirements.
Identify, assess, and manage program risks, communicating mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
Qualifications
