We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Production Manager to join our dynamic team and help us continue to grow.
Position Overview:
The Assistant Production Manager will help oversee and manage the production personnel effectively and efficiently to provide the best quality and finished product for maximum profitability for the company. This person would work hand in hand with our Production Manager. You will be responsible for managing production staff, optimizing production schedules, and ensuring that safety protocols are followed.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with Production Manager to direct personnel and work assignments
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production operations
  • Ensure staff is meeting quality and productivity standards as defined by COO
  • Provide day-to-day production supervision and training
  • Work with shop managers, shop employees, and office staff to resolve production process problems
  • Assist in all production departments when additional labor is required
  • Qailuty control on all stages of manufacturing process
  • Promote and enforce safety and shop rules
  • Maintain prodction reports quarterly
  • Work with Production Manager to ensure the competence and development of employees by initating training, coaching, or discipline procedures on a continuous basis

Required Skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of personal computers and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of Bluebeam software.
  • Outstanding mathematical skills
