Job description

As a Dishwasher:

You work quickly and take pride in creating a clean environment for our guests. You prioritize cleaning plates, cooking equipment, utensils and any other items associated with the restaurant during and after your shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist bussers in setting up trash cans for dining areas and kitchen areas
  • Stock and restock all clean plates and utensils
  • Sweep and mop dish room and kitchen floors as needed
  • Clean bathrooms
  • Retrieve clean trash cans and place throughout kitchen with trash bags in them
  • Clean all kitchen floor mats and trash cans outside in the proper washing down area
  • Clean all pots, pans, plates, utensils and machines used during the shift and store in proper place
  • Clean dish room to company standards, and maintain all supplies needed to operate effectively per shift
  • Perform any duties specified by the management team
  • Always follow company safety policies and guidelines
  • Assist prep cooks and bussers as needed by emptying all bus tubs and washing bus tubs

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must have 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Must display exceptional customer service
  • Punctual and reliable attendance is required
  • Must be well-groomed and professionally dressed following uniform standards
  • Positive and professional attitude in every aspect of the position
  • Physical requirements: Ability to stand and work for extended periods of time; capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.; ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions during shifts.
