What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Night Prep, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Night Prep, you need strong food preparation skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of basic kitchen safety and sanitation standards, often requiring a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment, food storage systems, and sometimes a food handler certification is typically expected. Reliability, time management, and the ability to work independently are crucial soft skills for this role.
