Pre-Litigation Attorneys
Location: Brooklyn, NY and/or Woodbridge, NJ


Pre-Litigation Attorneys are responsible for managing all aspects of personal injury cases from initial intake through the pre-suit phase, up to the filing of a complaint. This role requires a balance of legal analysis, client advocacy, negotiation strategy, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and capable of driving cases toward favorable resolution while maintaining strong communication with both clients and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and guide a team of case managers, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case progression
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of personal injury claims to determine liability, damages, and case viability
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering clear legal guidance and maintaining consistent communication
  • Perform detailed medical record reviews to assess injuries, treatment, and long-term impact
  • Engage in legal research and analysis to support case strategy and settlement positioning
  • Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing parties to reach favorable pre-litigation settlements
  • Review and authorize settlement offers in alignment with case value and client interests
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all case activity
