Job description

 

Position Details - RemoteHours: 8:00am-5:00pm , during payroll weeks hours may be extended based on business needSalary Range: 60,000 - 63,000 

BlueSprig Pediatrics is hiring a Remote Payroll Specialist The Payroll Specialist will assist the Payroll Manager with all Payroll needs for all BSP subsets. The Payroll Specialist will  assist all staff with payroll related questions, maintain garnishments, and maintainchild support orders. This position requires an extremely detail-orientated person with knowledge of payroll administration

Responsibilities
  • Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions
  • Provide information and answer employee questions about payroll related matters
  • Provide Administrative Assistance to Payroll Manager and GL
  • Process Garnishments Paperwork in ADP Work Force Now
  • Process Child Support Orders for Employees
  • Provide Support for employment wage verification
  • Assist with Payroll Auditing process on a biweekly basis
  • Process Adjustments to Time Cards for Payment
  • Coordinate with the HR department to ensure correct employee data

Qualifications
  • HS Diploma required, some college preferred but not required
  • Have an excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes
  • Have familiarity with payroll software/ HRIS (ADP experience preferred) and MS Office
  • Have exceptional attention to detail
  • Have an analytical mind and good math skills
  • Have outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
  • Possesses understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality; able to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and PHI standards
  • Possess cultural sensitivity and demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups of people
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion, humility, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed
