Now Hiring: Payroll Processing Associate – Coppell, TX (Onsite)

We are hiring a Payroll Processing Associate for an onsite contract opportunity in Coppell, TX. This role is ideal for candidates with payroll, administrative, or data entry experience who are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Payroll Processing Associate

  • Location: Coppell, TX 75019

  • Duration: 6+ Months

  • Pay Rate: $18.78/hour on W2

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process manual payroll check requests using internal payroll systems.

  • Print, seal, and prepare payroll checks for distribution.

  • Maintain payroll data with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve payroll-related issues.

  • Support payroll operations and administrative tasks.

  • Work occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of payroll, administrative, data entry, or office support experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency with 10-key data entry and keyboarding.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
