The Payroll Assistant collaborates closely with HR and finance departments to support payroll audits and reporting requirements. Attention to detail and confidentiality are paramount, as the role handles sensitive employee compensation information. Ultimately, the Payroll Assistant contributes to a smooth payroll operation that supports employee satisfaction and organizational financial integrity.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associateโ€™s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Basic understanding of payroll processes and relevant labor laws in the United States.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
