What You'll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you'll partner closely with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, develop your team, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the General Manager with the overall day-to-day operation of the restaurant
  • Leading by example and creating a positive, energetic, and team-focused work environment
  • Coaching, developing, and motivating Crew Members and Shift Leaders
  • Assisting with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members
  • Helping develop Shift Leaders and Crew Members into future restaurant leaders
  • Delivering fast, friendly, and memorable guest experiences
  • Ensuring fresh, high-quality food is prepared consistently according to company standards
  • Maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and restaurant execution
  • Leading shifts and ensuring the restaurant is properly staffed and prepared for business
  • Supporting scheduling and staffing needs in partnership with the General Manager
  • Monitoring labor, food costs, inventory, waste, and other restaurant performance metrics
  • Assisting with inventory management, ordering, product rotation, and cost controls
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards
  • Managing opening and closing procedures
  • Handling guest concerns professionally and finding positive solutions
  • Holding team members accountable while maintaining a supportive and respectful environment

Previous Assistant Manager or restaurant management experience is preferred, but we're also excited to develop strong Shift Leaders who are ready for their next challenge.
Requirements
  • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer service environment preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable attendance and transportation
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on restaurant environment
  • Must meet applicable age requirements for operating certain equipment where required by state or local regulations
  • Ability to follow and enforce food safety, sanitation, and company standards
  • Food safety certification may be required and will be provided through training if applicable
