About the Role:
Dashing Diva is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Inventory Planning Assistant Manager to support retail inventory planning, demand analysis, and S&OP activities. The Assistant Manager will analyze sell-in, sell-out, inventory coverage, and OOS risks across major retailers, helping ensure inventory health and forecast alignment between Sales, Planning, and Supply Chain. This is an analytical support role focused on data, reporting, and risk identification.
                                     
What You Will Do:
  • Monitor inventory levels and coverage by retailer and SKU
  • Identify and flag OOS and overstock risks
  • Analyze sell-in vs. sell-out gaps and prepare reports
  • Support forecast adjustments in partnership with Planning and Sales
  • Assist in S&OP preparation with inventory and demand insights
  • Maintain dashboards for WOS, fill rate, and inventory KPIs
  • Support line review preparation with inventory data
  • Maintain item master and safety stock parameters in ERP
  • Investigate inventory imbalances and escalate findings
  • Support projects to improve forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency

What We’re Looking For:
  • 3–6 years in inventory planning, demand planning, or retail supply planning
  • Experience analyzing retail sell-through and inventory performance
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Experience supporting S&OP processes
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Planning
  • Experience in consumer goods, beauty, or retail industries
  • ERP experience (NetSuite or similar)
  • Bilingual Korean/English a plus

Compensation Range: $70,000 – $90,000 annually
