Executive Assistant | Prestigious Investment Firm

$135,000 – $150,000 base DOE + Discretionary Bonus + Exceptional Benefits

A leading private investment firm is seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support a Managing Director and two Vice President’s in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is far more than a traditional support role — it’s an opportunity to become a trusted right hand and strategic partner within a collaborative and highly respected team.

Known for its collegial culture and top-tier leadership, the firm offers the chance to work alongside driven professionals in an environment that values excellence, initiative, and teamwork. You’ll join a wonderful administrative team and play a key role in keeping senior leadership operating at the highest level while helping drive office culture, events, and operations.

The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and thrives in finance — someone who anticipates needs before they arise, stays several steps ahead, and brings a calm presence to every interaction.

Location: Midtown West, NYC — Fully Onsite (5 days/week)
Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a trusted partner to the MD and VPs, managing priorities in a high-volume, ever-evolving environment
  • Own complex calendar management and coordinate intricate domestic and international travel across multiple time zones
  • Prepare executives for high-level meetings by managing agendas, materials, logistics, and last-minute changes with precision
  • Collaborate closely with a best-in-class team on office operations, team events, conferences, and offsites
  • Handle expense reporting and administrative processes with exceptional attention to detail and urgency
  • Act as a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external partners, representing leadership with professionalism and discretion

What They’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience within private equity, investment banking, venture capital, or another fast-paced professional services environment
  • A highly organized, resourceful professional who thrives in a demanding, high-expectation setting
  • Strong business judgment, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to interact with senior executives and clients
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and execute flawlessly
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the center of a fast-moving business and wants to join a firm where Executive Assistants are viewed as true partners to leadership.
