Dental Assistant / Insurance Coordinator

Job Description

This hybrid role bridges the gap between patient care and administrative excellence:
Clinical (Dental Assisting):
Provide high-quality chairside assistance during various dental procedures.
Capture digital X-rays and perform digital scans/impressions.
Manage instrument sterilization and operatory setup/breakdown.
Offer support to the hygiene team as needed to ensure smooth patient flow.
Administrative (Insurance & Front Office):
Manage patient check-ins, check-outs, and precise scheduling.
Handle insurance verification, claim submissions, and follow-ups.
Lead treatment coordination and facilitate financial discussions with patients.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Salary Range

Part-time $26 - $33 per hour

Requirements
  • Open Dental
  • X-ray / Radiography Certification
