We are looking for an HR Generalist to support key people operations in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. This role will contribute across hiring, onboarding, employee support, and compliance while helping maintain organized HR processes. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to building a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day recruiting activities by preparing job advertisements, reviewing applicants, and arranging interviews with hiring teams.
• Coordinate the onboarding experience for new employees, including orientation scheduling and completion of required employment documentation.
• Manage benefits-related administration and provide support to employees during annual enrollment periods and routine coverage changes.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and HR information within internal systems, ensuring records are current and properly documented.
• Monitor HR practices for alignment with applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations and assist with related documentation.
• Support performance review activities by tracking timelines, preparing materials, and maintaining organized records for management.
