The Role
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employees, providing timely support and guidance on a variety of HR-related matters. The ideal candidate is service-minded, organized, and committed to delivering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct prompt, thorough, and objective workplace investigations involving employee misconduct, harassment, discrimination, attendance, and other workplace concerns.
  • Advise leaders on performance management, coaching, corrective action, and progressive discipline processes.
  • Coach managers on effective communication, accountability, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Assist with employee accommodations, leave administration, and workplace policy questions.
  • Provide employees with general information regarding benefits, leave programs, company policies, and HR processes.
  • Assist employees with navigating HR systems and self-service tools, including updating personal information and accessing employment-related resources.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
  • Generate routine reports and assist with HR administrative processes and compliance activities.
  • Utilize HR technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance employee support.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.
  • Perform additional HR projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of HR or related experience.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn HR systems and technology platforms.
  • Experience using or willingness to learn AI-powered workplace tools and digital technologies.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
