The Opportunity
We're looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager who is both strategic and hands-on. In this role, you'll be a key partner to leadership, helping to build a thriving workplace culture while ensuring our people practices align with our mission and growth.

What You Bring
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field ... (or Associate's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience)
  • 2+ years of HR experience (more is welcome - we value depth of experience)
  • Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment preferred
  • HR certification (or willingness to obtain within the first year)
