About the Role
Shamrock HR is seeking an HRIS Administrator to support and optimize our Dayforce platform, with primary ownership of the Recruiting module. This position is responsible for HRIS administration, system performance optimization, data integrity, reporting, analytics, and end-user support. The HRIS Administrator will work closely with both the HR and Recruiting teams to ensure effective system functionality and provide actionable workforce insights through data analysis and reporting.
This role partners with HR leaders, recruiters, and business stakeholders to develop dashboards, reporting tools, and system enhancements that improve operational efficiency and support organizational decision-making.
What You'll Do
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of Dayforce, with primary responsibility for the Recruiting module and support for additional modules.
  • Monitor system functionality and recommend improvements to optimize performance and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective, solution-focused resolutions and process improvements.
  • Configure and customize XML-based forms and workflows.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytics tools.
  • Develop and manage advanced Hubs for multiple levels of users.
  • Create and maintain advanced audits to support compliance and data accuracy.
  • Manage integrations with external vendors, partners, and third-party systems.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance with applicable data privacy regulations.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR, Recruiting, and business users.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure HRIS solutions meet organizational needs.

What You'll Bring
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HRIS, HR Operations, or related HR technology role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with enterprise HRIS platforms; Dayforce experience is preferred.
  • Experience supporting recruiting or talent acquisition systems and processes.
  • Knowledge of HR data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Understanding of HR processes, recruitment practices, and HR best practices.
  • Working knowledge of data governance, data privacy, and security principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred
  • Dayforce administration experience.
  • Experience with Power BI and HR analytics/dashboard development.
  • Experience managing system integrations and data feeds between HR platforms and third-party vendors.
  • Experience developing advanced reports, audits, and user-facing HR technology solutions.
