This position offers the unique opportunity to develop professionally while making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in our care.
As Assistant House Manager, you will:
  • Assist in coordinating operations, services, and care within the residential program.
  • Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care for residents.
  • Provide training and support to residential staff to maintain excellence in service.
  • Collaborate with agency supports and leadership teams to optimize program success.
  • Oversee the completion of all required residential program documentation.
  • Contribute to the program's development, including guiding the use of the home and spacious landscape for resident well-being.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Be a strong team player, ready to collaborate with Residential Behavior Interventionists and the leadership team.
  • Exhibit patience, empathy, and calmness during challenging situations.
  • Be comfortable with therapeutic support techniques (prior experience is preferred but not required).
  • Follow policies and protocols with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Provide coaching and training to staff to ensure high-quality services.
  • Maintain reliable transportation for work responsibilities.
