South Coast Winery Resort & Spa is seeking a warm, professional, and service-driven Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our luxury resort. If you take pride in creating exceptional first impressions and delivering memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
  • Greet guests with genuine hospitality and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, billing, and cash handling accurately
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services to exceed guest expectations
  • Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, winery offerings, spa services, and local attractions
  • Uphold brand standards, policies, and procedures at all times

What We're Looking For
  • Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
