Balic Transport Inc. is seeking a Night Dispatcher to join our operations team. This is a fast-paced position where you'll play a critical role in supporting our drivers, monitoring shipments, and ensuring freight keeps moving after normal business hours.

🕒 Schedule

Monday–Friday

3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Responsibilities

✅ Monitor active loads and provide real-time updates

✅ Communicate with drivers throughout their trips

✅ Coordinate with customers, brokers, and internal operations

✅ Track appointments and resolve service issues

✅ Manage delays and assist with after-hours problem solving

✅ Update dispatch software and maintain accurate load information

✅ Work closely with the daytime operations team to ensure a smooth transition between shifts
