Ready to take the next step in your logistics career?
If youโ€™re a skilled freight dispatcher who enjoys building carrier relationships, solving problems, and keeping freight moving โ€” you might be exactly who weโ€™re looking for.

We are a growing freight brokerage in Central Point, OR, known for our commitment to our customers, strong carrier partnerships, and a supportive team culture. Weโ€™re expanding and seeking a Dispatcher/Logistics Coordinator who wants to transition into a Sales/Account Manager role.

Why This Role Is Different

Most brokerages want โ€œexperienced salespeople.โ€
We want someone who truly understands freight, enjoys the fast pace of dispatching, and is ready to grow into a customer-facing sales position with hands-on training and real earning potential.

What Youโ€™ll Do

First 3โ€“6 Months:

  • Handle dispatching and carrier coordination
  • Track shipments, schedule pickups/deliveries
  • Assist with quoting and lane research
  • Learn our systems, customers, and carriers
  • Receive structured sales training

After Training:

  • Source new customers and build your book of business
  • Manage customer accounts from quote to delivery
  • Negotiate rates and build long-term relationships
  • Earn commission on accounts you develop and given to you.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Experience as a freight dispatcher, load planner, or carrier sales rep
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable with phones, negotiation, and problem-solving
  • A desire to transition into sales
  • Knowledge of truckload freight (reefer, flatbed, van, etc.)

What We Offer

  • Base pay during training
  • Commission plan when you transition to sales
  • Stable business with strong carrier relationships
  • Supportive environment (not cutthroat)
  • Growth opportunities โ€” you can build a long-term logistics career here
  • Mondayโ€“Friday schedule (no overnights or weekends)

If youโ€™re ready to level up your career and be part of a team that values your freight expertise and ambition, we want to talk.

Apply today and letโ€™s take the next step together.
