About the role

The Facility Administrative Assistant will perform administrative duties for the specified location. This is a fast-paced role that involvesnumeroustasks requiring advanced organization and prioritization skills.

PrimaryResponsibilities

  • Support the Facility Management team byassistingwith administrative functions.

  • Gather and provide metrics to the Facility Manager.

  • Prepare and scan documents.

  • Assistoperations in scanning and uploading E-Manifesting requirements.

  • Process department purchases andcreatepurchase and procurement orders.

  • Coding of invoices.

  • Print and deliver labels and manifests to drivers.

  • Input production data into relevant systems (Excel, NetSuite,Enviroware).

  • Create and track inbound and outbound orders.

  • Track and report information to clients and external stakeholders on a monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual basis.

  • Support operations team with inventory tracking and reporting.

  • Aid with internal and external audits and downstream vendor due diligence.

  • Create various production and management reports.

  • Perform office duties such as filing, typing, organizing, manual updates, report updates, maildistributionand other clerical tasks.

  • Maintains the electronic bulletin board for the Facility.

  • HR Administrative tasks, as needed

  • Greet site visitors/guests and manage facility sign in sheet.

  • Perform other duties asassigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED (General Education Degree).

  • Minimum 2-yearexperiencein an administrative role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Walking, standing, and/or sitting for extended periods of time

  • Providehighlevel of customer service.

  • Ability to use sound judgment and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, meetdeadlinesand work independently with initiative in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.

The range below reflects Reworld's reasonable estimate of base pay for this role based on primary posting location. It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable). Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future.

The pay range for the primary location of this position is: 20.72 - 27.60 USD per hour
